The following table contains electronic copies of air permit applications received by the department that are currently under review. The list includes applications for construction permits, also called new source review permits, and operating permits. The list also includes applications for permit-by-rule permits.

To sort the table below by field, click on the Facility, Site ID, Permit Type, Application Number/ ID or Application Submitted column headings in the table. You can also enter criteria in the search boxes to search for a specific air permit application.
